Custom Made Gown: T & C's
When you book the services for a Denise Wright Bridal bespoke gown, a 35% deposit is required within 10 days of the confirmation letter you receive. You will also need to confirm by email that you have received, read and understood the conditions within the confirmation letter and that the DWB copy of the confirmation letter must be signed by you at your first appointment. The deposit secures DWB services and allows the purchase of your fabrics and work commencement on your gown. DWB also require progress payments, which are outlined in the confirmation letter.

Deposit: Your entire deposit is non refundable once work has commenced on your gown or any fabrics, beads, lace or the such have been ordered. If you decide to cancel your booking prior to any work being commenced or your fabrics, etc being ordered, an administration fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder will be refunded.

Progress Payments: Progress payments are required during the gown contruction period. The required payments are outlayed in the confirmation letter that each client receives. 

Cancellations: if you cancel DWB services, for any reason, during the process of your gown being constructed where progress payments have been made you may either pay the balance and still take the gown (finished) or forfeit payments made thus far, as well as the deposit and forfeit the gown also but not pay the balance.

Postponements: If your wedding is postponed for a period of 12 months or less of the original wedding date in your confirmation letter, your dress fittings will be rescheduled and progress payments are to continue as directed by Denise Wright Bridal and must be finalised prior to pick up. If your wedding is postponed for a period of 12 months or more of the wedding date in your confirmation letter or it is postponed indefinitely, you can either pay the outstanding balance and have your gown completed ready for pick up or you can forfeit the gown and all payments that have been made. Any remaining payments do not have to be made.

Design Replicas: If your gown is based on a style from one or more pictures or photographs please be aware that your gown will not be identical due to copyright and the fact that DWB is not the original manufacturer and does not own the patterns. If you are looking for an exact copy DWB suggests you buy directly from the manufacturer. Pictures from magazines and/or websites can only be used for inspiration only. DWB does not make cheap, knock off versions

Appointments: The first consult is cost free and obligation free. A second or subsequent consult will incur a non-refundable $50.00 consultation fee each visit. This fee is payable (by direct deposit or credit card) at the time of booking the additional appointment. If you decide to sign with DWB these fee's will go towards the cost of your custom-made wedding dress. Failure to turn up for a second appointment, a subsequent appointment or deciding not to engage the services of DWB for your custom-made wedding dress will forfeit the $50 fee/s. These fee's are only refundable if you cancel your appointment with no less than 24 hours prior notice. 
Please Note: appointment fees are not applicable for custom gowns where the subsequent appointments are for a gown fitting.

Off the Rack In Stock Gowns:  T & C's
Appointments. The first appointment to try on Off the Rack wedding dresses is cost free and obligation free and is generally for 60 to 90 minutes. Any subsequent appointments to try on dresses will incur a non-refundable $50.00 fee each visit. This fee is payable (by direct deposit or credit card) at the time of booking the second or subsequent appointment. If you decide to purchase or order a wedding dress from DWB the fee/s will go towards the payment of your dress. Failure to turn up for the second appointment, subsequent appointment or deciding not to purchase or order a wedding dress will forfeit the $50 fee/s. These fees are only refundable if you cancel your appointment with no less than 24 hours prior notice.
Please Note: appointment fees are not applicable for gowns that have been purchased where your second or subsequent appointment is for a gown fitting.

To secure a gown that is in stock. Wedding gowns $600.00 and over, excluding alteration costs (if being done by DWB) a deposit of 30% is payable.
Wedding gowns $599.00 and under, excluding alteration costs (if being done by DWB) a deposit of 50% is payable.
If deposit is not paid by or on the due date, DWB reserves the right to return the gown to stock without notice.
*Note: Deposit is non-refundable, after a 7 day cooling off period.

If the gown is paid in full and has been left at Denise Wright Bridal studio to be collected at a later date, there is a 7 day cooling off period. After this 7 day period there are no refunds or returns and the gown must be collected within the next 7 to 14 days unless it has been left at the DWB studio for alterations.
If the gown is paid in full and has left the Denise Wright Bridal premises, there are no refunds or returns and there is no cooling off period. So please be 100% sure the gown is for you.

No returns or refunds accepted on clearance priced dresses. Whether by mail order or purchased at the DWB studio. Please choose wisely.

If any alterations have been done by either DWB or another party there are no refunds or returns.

*There are no refunds or returns if alterations have to be commenced within the 7 day cooling off period due to any time constraints.

Up to 6 months layby is available for the balance for which monthly payments are required.

Gowns may still require alterations in order to fit you properly. Cost of alterations is not included in the price of the gown and if required will be costed separately. You are under no obligation to have Denise Wright Bridal do the alterations. 

Mail order is available with clearance gowns only with the exception of DWB ex-bespoke gowns. Postage is additional. It is not included with any gown. Gowns are sent registered and insured. Payment is to be made by direct deposit.  

All gowns are bought as is. DWB tries to keep each gown as pristine as possible, however some may have marks from being tried on. This is why DWB gives a discount on all full priced stock sample dresses.

Available to Order Gowns: T & C's 
A deposit payment of 50% is payable before your gown is ordered. Note: Deposit is non-refundable once your gown has been ordered. Once your deposit has been paid and subject to your wedding date, up to 6 months layby is available for the balance. Monthly payments are required.

Once your gown has been ordered by us from the manufacturer there are no refunds or returns regardless of reason (as DWB cannot return the gown to the manufacturer) so please choose carefully and ensure that this is the gown for you. Your gown is usually ordered one to two days after your deposit has cleared.

DWB does not offer mail order for these Gowns i.e - you will need to make an appointment at the DWB studio to be measured for the most appropriate size to be ordered.
 
Gowns may still require alterations in order to fit you properly. Cost of alterations is not included in the price of the gown.

Denise Wright Bridal can not guarantee that every dye lot is exactly the same as an in stock sample gown.

A minimum of 16 weeks plus 8 week alteration time is required from the time the deposit is paid to get your gown into stock otherwise a "rush fee" is payable.
